Hi everyone, i would know if instagram engagement group are safe. I have 10-11 groups of likes/comments on instagram but i would know if instagram penalize accounts in these groups. Engagement groups on Telegram are better than groups on Instagram? What's your opinion about them?

Bhw doesn't think much of them, they were banned about a year ago
SfS is the only thing.
C4C / Comment Spam is only effective in the first few minutes of the post and only if you got some followers.
There are services where multiple pages with 500k+ are in one group and if one person posts a picture everyone else automatically comments (due to the bot that everyone has).
These C4C auto groups are the most effective for the big pages (I made the experience back when I got bout 6m).
if they can help me to grow, yes ahah but i understand those groups probably would not accept me
12k isn´t worth it and nobody would do this (I guess)
