Opinions about Instagram engagement groups

Hi everyone, i would know if instagram engagement group are safe. I have 10-11 groups of likes/comments on instagram but i would know if instagram penalize accounts in these groups. Engagement groups on Telegram are better than groups on Instagram? What's your opinion about them?

SfS is the only thing.

C4C / Comment Spam is only effective in the first few minutes of the post and only if you got some followers.
There are services where multiple pages with 500k+ are in one group and if one person posts a picture everyone else automatically comments (due to the bot that everyone has).

These C4C auto groups are the most effective for the big pages (I made the experience back when I got bout 6m).
