There was a temporary glitch in a server update that made a percentage of accounts appear to have a zero balance which was immediately fixed. For anyone else, your account can trigger fraud reviews as we track every click all the way through to protect advertisers. If you have a high bounce rate over 18%, high bot traffic, etc, this triggers a review. We do everything we can to pay every publisher on every REAL click, no ad network can operate by not paying its publishers. We make thousands of dollars in payments everyday, some accounts will always be flagged and for good reason, as there are many pubs (most of which reside here on blackhatworld) trying to scam our advertisers. You can see an example of this attached. This happens hundreds of times a day resulting in low quality clicks for our advertisers that must be refunded back.
Sometimes a flag does not result in any additional action needed and the publisher is paid fully. We simply work between advertisers and publishers trying to make the relationship strong. If advertisers receive bad traffic, there will be no advertisers and this punishes all of the good publishers. You have an account manager for a reason who is there to help and explain any issues. The only way to not be paid is to send bad traffic, post misleading ads, retweet misleading ads, (as pictured here) etc. If your account is flagged in error, it will be fixed as soon as possible.
