OPERATIONS_TEAM_DORMANCY_HOLD

So few weeks ago I've created a campaign on Google Ads. Long story short - Ad quality is Excellent, everything is Eligible, uploaded documents and verified fund source. However, still 0 impressions, 0 clicks on keywords that have some volume.

Tried diagnostic tool - it returned an error "You don't have this keyword" (I do). After further investigation AI chat-bot said that my account is probably in dormancy hold since I've enabled it after 5 years without activity (last campaign ran in 2021). As for the weird title - this is a name for this particular error that their chat said. Also it (he?) mentioned that I need to contact support to manually review my account, however it didn't brought living people or their phone, email, anything. It says try in working hours (9 AM to 5 PM) but I've tried at 2 PM and still got nothing. Some community members in Google's support forum suppose to be able to transfer this request to Google team, but so far no luck.

Anyone encountered it before? Do I need to create new account? What's with docs I've uploaded - will it be fine in the new account?

After creating a thread on google ads support forum (or something) and writing this to chat - my account seems to be fixed after 2 weeks. Maybe it will be helpful to someone.
