Openion Required about Twitter App

Hi

This is to seek a professional opinion from twitter experienced community
I am actually looking for a app with following functionalities
Manage multiple twitter accounts to follow each other
ReTweet each and every tweet to and from loaded accounts
Get a list of tweets in a file and post them on twitter randomly using one random account from the list of accounts loaded and rest of the twitter accounts in the list retweet them

The best way to figure out if a bot does what you want it to would be to ask the people who developed it. A lot of the bots are sold here on blackhatworld, so just go over and ask the guys who are selling them. They are usually very helpful.

I agree, a custom PHP script is likely the way to go with this. It might be a bit expensive but it will do all you want done.

If anyone know of a good and working Twitter Account Creator then plz let me know
