Opened online business , how to make it work ?

Hello everyone BHW Team.
I just wanted to tell and get any options about businesses online ,
I opened a website for selling really good quality shoes , i have sell some by local friends .
I would like to make it bigger or sell more on online so what are steps for making it more famous ?
How do you think is it really possible to make it work or not guys

Ask yourself the question, why should someone buy shoes from your website rather than from one of the very many other shoe websites that are out there that are much bigger than you?
If you can answer that question then you have taken the first step. The second step, which is the hardest part, is to convince other people that your shoes are indeed better than everyone else's, and that they will cost them less, if at all possible. Good Luck!

Not everyone buy in just one website.
I totally understand your answer but i thought to grow it online , i want type of promotes or which is best step to make it more famous.

You have to understand your product, exact targeted audience, and your advertising budget first. I can't help you without you answering the basic questions. Why is your product better?
 
seo, ads, instagram influencer partnership, etc.

I can so good budget for advertising that is why i asked for best steps .
I mean is better because very good quality and all costumers are happy with it
 
Where are you currently advertising? What are your click through ratios? What are your conversion rates?
 
I think that with such goods like shoes that is better to start with offline presentation (if we are talking about local business).
Marketing idea: ask offline buyers to by another pair online and motivate with a bit lower price etc.
In such way you will have your online clientele growing.
That is much easier to convince the buyer, who has already purchased offline do it online next time.
But on the first stages that is close to impossible to convince potential buyers online.
