How would they stop them?

This is not much of a surprise.

The more competition there is, the better.

I think the bigger issue here is whether the OpenAI's search platform will continue the trend that is going to destroy SEO.

What trend am I talking about?

I'm talking about the switch from the current multilink result system to a one-answer layout.

If they continue to go in that direction, most independent publishers today will be wiped out completely.

And the only way they can survive is to basically make a YouTube version of their content.

I made this migration a while back, and it can get quite choppy because I have many different niche blogs.

So I have been opening up a lot of YouTube channels.

It also takes quite a while to get decent traffic from YouTube if you're not using any tricks or black hat services.

When search switches over to a one-answer format, consumers are going to expect only one answer.

This means less-to-no traffic for most online publishers.

This is bad news, but this is also a golden opportunity.

You really have to get over your fear and pretend you are at that stage in time when horses and buggies started morphing into cars.

Look for the opportunity because whenever technology changes and there's a tremendous amount of disruptions, that's when a lot of millionaires and billionaires are forged.

Now the question is, will your imagination and your determination as well as your resilience and grit lead to something positive or you're going to let your fear get the best of you?

And I assume that if you want to be indexed on their new search engine you're gonna have to let their bots back in.

That’s only fair but for now no search engine. Mostly real time data is coming as per rumours but in next few hours we will know for sure

It'll be interesting to see how different their product is and what kind of impact it will have on SEO.

My revenue comes from Google; if OpenAI enters the market, Google's market share will decrease, and partners like me will be squeezed. I'm worried about this.

Just didn't happen, voice search and Omni instead of GPT-5.

That won't co cheap if that is true for use they will add a twist once is working.
