OpenAI GPT-4 Question

Hi BHW fam,

I wanted to ask, if I subscribe to gpt-4 for $20 monthly as it states, will I have to also purchase credits or will my limit be removed and with the 20 dollars I have an unlimited amount of content I can create?

No, you will still have some limits.

No. GPT Premium subcription is only for chatgpt. To use the api, you’ll need to buy credits regardless of you having a chatgpt premium subcription or not.

you don't have to buy credits for chatGPT, only if you want to use the OpenAI API then you need to pay a specific price per 1k tokens (depending on which model you use).

Great thank you for that, another question is does gpt-4 perform better than gpt-3.5 on non-english languages? For example I have many Greek clients and would like to use it for them would GPT-4 be a good fit or am I better off just writing the content on my own as GPT-3.5 was not very good at Greek haha.

Yes, GPT-4 is better on non-english languages, but pretty slow.
Sometimes I see, it "drops" back to English in the middle of the dialogue

$20 is your limit on requests. Prices can be viewed on the openai website

If you want to generate content using opinion API then you have to recharge OpenAI credit.

Otherwise 20 USD subscription will allow you to you chat GPT 4. And there are some limitation also.
