I want to bring to the attention to the marketplace mods that Microsoft and openai have stopped giving $2500 accounts.
foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup

1) All sales thread selling them are no more valid as this makes them less than 6 month account. These sales threads should me closed or updated to not say: 6 month $2500.

2) All sales thread that are selling azure openai accounts are practically useless as azure openai keys cannot be used in place of openai api keys. They cannot be used in the apps and software that are expecting openai api keys , keys that are generated by openai, and so will not work with those apps and software.

In essence
Azure openai api keys are keys generated by Azure and not by openai.
Openai api keys are generated by openai.
Azure openai api keys are not same as openai api keys.
Softwares and apps that are expecting openai api keys with not work with azure openai api keys.
This must be clearly mention in the sales thread that are selling azure openai accounts.

but of course not for 6 months
I didn't apply for long time now but on their page I can still see this

Right, that's the 2nd point In my OP. That's azure openai credits and not openai credits you cannot access openai directly it goes through azure and hence they are azure openai api keys and not openai api keys which is what most software and apps wants you to provide.

It's openai api but you just have to use a new phone number that you didn't used anywhere to be able to active the API and use the credit
If you use a phone number that is linked with another account they will tell you that they won't give you additional credit

To back up my second point, here, the same question was asked to the owner of a top ai software, check it out for yourself:

@IM Dude, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

To address the situation, since sellers are selling products that they are not in control (which is the case with any third party product or service), it's their responsibility to submit Thread Edit Request and make changes in their sales copy OR request the closure of their sales thread altogether if the product they are selling is no longer valid.

If they fail to do so, they will get into trouble with dispute requests against them and could potentially get banned.

Every seller is accountable for the product or service they sell, and if they can no longer provide it as currently advertised in their sales copy, they need to request the closure of their service.

To do so, please use the report button in your opening post and request that the sales thread be closed. Alternatively, if you want to change the sales copy, submit a Thread Edit Request, and our Staff will handle the request.
