OP keep the density at around 1%. Also, keep in mind, that if your keyword consists of 4 words, then all of them are counted towards density.
So if you have 100 words and use the 4 word keyword once, your density is 4%.

every single niche is different. look at the top 5 positions for your keyword and you will see what you need.
