OnlyFans Management - Advice Needed

How do I go about creating my model an Onlyfans whilst simultaneously being in control of the account and payments? Is there a compromise, and how do these “agencies” do it? The problem is the name on the bank account. Is there a way to have a bank account that’s not linked to the model's name? Paxum? Wise? Etc. Is it possible to create an account with my details, and post all her content there. How would I do this and stay in the legal boundaries with OnlyFans? Model release forms?

Use infloww to manage the account. It's so that the model's account doesn't get banned. You can't have multiple IPs logged in to the same account.

You can tell her to create a wise account and add your phone number to it. Therefore whenever she wants to log in to the wise account, a verification code will be sent to your phone number.
 
Wouldn't advise this but what a lot of people do is setup banking in the models name, get her to verify it, then control it. Wouldn't look too good in the eyes of the law but it's what most people do from what I've seen. You could also have joint access to the banking software so the model can also check and make sure everything is going to her.

The best way is definitely through invoices, higher risk for you as the model could run away, but that's why I suggest only taking out smaller amounts at a time.

And like the person above says Infloww or Chatterly is great because you'll be sticking to minimal IP/location logins.

The easiest way is to have her creating a bank account and to send her an invoice weekly/monthly
IF you're scared that she will fly or your contract isnt solid, use @Onacklit method for the wise acc
 
She can create wise account for you and you use that info to log in and manage payments yourself. Thats how we do it

Most, if not all agencies, have the model attach her bank details and send invoices to her weekly, just like any other business.
 
In that way other models/content creator doesn't like that method sometimes it break trust to both parties. Better advice is to use third party on handling payouts.

not strictly true, I can’t speak for two different countries but I am logged in to the same acc as my model and have been since 2018, we live at opposite ends of the same country

The wise accounts will get banned sooner or later as they are very anti +18

I think what flags the accounts is too much automation and making things look too unnatural and name not matching on bank account vs details .
