if you want to have your team of killer chatter you should train them from scratch.
upsides are huge: 1) they will be with you from the start and if you have a vision and motivate them with incentives will make you sh!tton of money; 2) they will be trained to YOUR systems and SOPs so you will be sure the chatting is done the way YOU want it to be.

downsides: people will still leave and there is nothing you can do about it.

Sure if you can find somone willing to pay that.

Hard to beat the Filipina college girls who speak and type fluent English and can hustle the money better than any American ive found.

And they are living fat on their $6/h @ 40 hours a week and they work closer to 60 (on their own accord)

And we have developed a close relationship over the last 2 years. I would consider them friends and they deffiantly are not broke college kids. So can't say im running a sweatshop.

chatter manager here. industry standard is $2/3 per hr + 5% on net sales. though the chatters you get for this price will be dogshit. good chatters work commission only. ranging from 12% to 20%

Yes it is hard to beat them, but yes I do beat them, not all filipinas are created equal either

This is very true as well. Most people who I train are not good enough.

You guys may think im lying but honestly I dont care. Only 1% of applicants are good enough sadly.

I am currently paying 20% of all sales to a team of specialized chatters. How do you find this rate ? could this be improved or is total worth
