Hello BHW,

A question for the people on here in the Onlyfans management business, how much is a normal hourly rate or compensation for an Onlyfans chatter for a small to medium account (excluding very big accounts needing very experienced chatters)?
Also where do you think is the best place to find Onlyfans chatters from your experience?

From reading online I've seen $20 to $30 per hour. I'm interested in trying it out but haven't found a reputable platform where you can sign up and be paid reliably.

OF Chatter here with 2 Year Experience that have handled account that started from nothing, growing into top 0.03% account that earns more than $300k monthly.

OF Chatters for small OF accounts top (5% or up) are paid with very small commissions and very small hourly rate, usually the one who offers this are the agencies that just started and are afraid of losing money from hiring bad chatters, or afraid of losing money to paying an hourly rate because of they are incompetent of pushing "Good" traffic into the OF account.

OF Chatters for small - Medium accounts (top 3%-1%) are offered small hourly $1-$3 hourly rate + small commission maybe 3%-5%.

OF Chatters for Big Accounts (top 0%) are offered basically same as the one above but with more bonuses and incentives.

ya'll wondering why so god damn low? it's because OF Chatting job is usually outsourced to third world countries, don't get me wrong, hiring people from third world countries to reduce labor cost is actually a good idea, but you're gonna have to deal with a lot of trash that will lie to you about their experience and skills. only around a small percentage of people from third world countries are trustworthy and will actually make you money, and I am from third world country myself.

Is True, but that's the offer for the people you'll hire in first world countries that speaks English Natively and that $20 - $30 isn't even gonna get you an experienced chatter if you do hire someone from english native countries.

My Suggestion for you is to hire someone from a third world country, interview a bunch of them, test them out, and carefully pick the diamonds around the rocks, then treat and pay them really good because if you don't, they are just gonna find some other job that is more suitable for their skills.

I myself accept offers from $5 hourly with a commission regardless how small the account is, or Commission only when the account is at top 0.01%, I'm also looking for a job right now with a good offer.

Been in the industry almost 3 years now, this answer is legit. Be sure to video interview and utilize online english tests, get a feel for the person you're talking to. You can train skill, but not work ethic.

These numbers are applicable to small time "agencies" who have no idea what they are doing.

I would rather pay a trained american 50% commission than have someone from a 3rd world country ruining an account and paying them 1%.

I'm not working with hourly rates because that way you won't have your chatters motivated and most times they'll just AFK to just get the hourly rate

Only way to have it to work is to have someone inspect them for a lot of hours and inspect all chats

What I do is just 6% - 8% commision of the sales that's easy to do if you have good traffic going

50-100 subs a day

If your traffic is lower your need to raise commisions

Last time I've worked as a chatter the pay was around U$3/h + commission if everything went as planned. And that was one of the better gigs out there, dunno what's the rate as of April/2024, I guess it's lower.

For entry-level/beginners it's probably lower than low.

It depends on where you are hiring the chatters from, mine are from the Philippines. I give them a monthly salary and around 15%-25% of the earnings from the users they interact with.

Depends where u chatters are from. PH for example can be around 2$ per hr
