OnlyFans Agency Setup?

Hi Gents

We are about to get into being an OnlyFans Agency of sorts. We are coming at this from an unusual angle, I'm having a hard time getting the info I need. Most YT videos, courses etc, seem to assume you will be seeking out existing creators and partnering with them. Or setting up and going through the grind of developing a fanbase. We run a bunch of well known adult websites with a lot of traffic and a lot of fans and visibility. Any (most) models starring in our movies immediately have a strong following. Our fans would spend a lot more if our models had Onlyfans accounts. So we are coming at this kinda backwards, starting with an existing fanbase, and looking to expand delivery channels.

Our models are usually not creators themselves, we have talented experienced photographers, videographers making content for our niche XXX sites. It would be quite easy for our producers to spend a few extra days per month with each model, in a couple nice hotel rooms or villas, shooting tons of photos and videos ready to be chopped into clips - shooting any custom content etc. We also have developers, graphics people, writers, we have a lot of resource we can bring to this. We also operate the admin side in a country where additional resource (chatters etc) are very cheap and have a good work ethic.

We do not want to let our models run their own Onlyfans accounts. We want to handle all that for them, and just pay them. Lately, we are hearing from increasingly more female talent with existing OF, Fansly etc presences, looking to model for us quite obviously so they can tap into our fanbase. That would essentially make us a very sweet free advertiser. Not even free, since we pay them to model so it would be us paying them to advertise them.

If we partner with them - we bring all our expertise, resources and paying fans - it would be very easy for them to let us build them up, then just suck the soul out of our fanbase - ditch us, open their own accounts and leave us holding a dead account. For this reason we don't work with models who are existing OF models, or that smell like they plan to be. We work only with attractive talent who is not web savvy, or not really interested in putting all that work in and instead just want to model, get paid and go shopping. Our producers are located in places like Russia, Hungary, SE Asia, where finding good looking offline girls to work with is not difficult. We treat them well, they trust us and we have a good relationship with all our models.

I've set up a Payoneer, got it all verified ready. I am about to start setting up the first model's creator account. I don't want to rush into this, make a rookie mistake, get blacklisted, and need to keep redoing things over and over until I get it right.

If anyone, understanding the scenario, has any sage words to offer, guidance or whatnot, I would be greatly appreciative. A bit of handholding would go a long way here. I would not actually mind paying someone to consult to get us up and running smoothly - I've seen some savvy chaps on here, unfortunately I don't have enough posts to start DMing anyone. I don't know if people can still DM me.

PS - we have / can get / redo any of our models IDs, get them to pop round to redo new ones if they are requested, things like that.

Ah don't worry about this post, doing a little research I see that our original plan would be all but impossible sadly. Maybe we'll look at Fansly instead.

I don't really understand the subsequent comments, but there are tons of great threads here that answer a lot of your questions. Sometimes it's a little difficult to understand, but enough threads and you can start to piece things together.
