How exactly does this work- you collect the payments for the model and then pay the model? I thought that wasn't allowed, is there a way around it?

You have an account on her name then you send it to your account for example
Skrill then crypto or payoneer. Wise is not pro SW so it's risky nowadays

Does she have to come to the US for that? Or can she open a bank account from home with letters or internet?

Not at all, she can just verify with her local bank and then you can switch to whatever payout method. Even for countries that are really restricted like Venezuela, this works. The only countries that you can't register a model are Russia because of sanctions and Philippines because it's banned. These are two that comes to my mind. However, if the model is resident from another country with proper ID even if they are from Russia for example, they can still have an account as residency matters and ID.

If you dont trust you can always login to the skrill yourself fees are high but thats how it goes when you buy a contract im guessing can also do withdrawals to her and yourself in crypto

The best options are PayPal, Payoneer, cryptocurrency, or a local financial service. PayPal is easy but can have some limits in Argentina. Payoneer works well for local currency withdrawals. How do you ensure the money gets sent directly to the agency instead of her? I heard some say paxum or payoneer, but she would have to make those accounts right? i.e. the agency can't make them for her
