Alright so this is gonna be my first post on here, but I'm fijiwater and I'm looking to interact with other OF Agency owners that I can share value with and hopefully receive the same.

I currently only have one model signed with a decent following (180k on TikTok) She's currently setup on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Dating Apps (going through a hurdle with the dating apps currently) and YouTube. I've scaled her from $300 to $5k in about 2 weeks now.

Would love to build a small network of people who understand this space & are looking to exchange value.

Looking forward to discussion.

For getting models I'd definitely say the key factors are:
  • Bringing value to the table (scaling their income, having extensive knowledge in marketing and freeing up their time)
  • Providing solutions to said model's issues that only YOUR agency can fix (there's a lot of agencies out there so what I find works best is targeting niches on OnlyFans.)
  • Giving off the vibe models want (a chill, relatable agency that understands it's a partnership - No one is the boss.)

hey brotha, congrats on your success so far. I recently signed a oF model recently too, I've been doing the same method you've been using. what dating apps have you been using, maybe I can help.. I personally have a following of 4 million of tiktok and 160k on instagram and im managing a model with about 16k followers. Currently 2 days in with her, would love to provide you some value on my end.
 
Not an agency owner but I have a model and I chat on her behalf. Has 9k followers and would like some tips on how she can grow her account in OF.

Stick to one model & put all of your energy/dedication into her, have value exclusive to your agency that models cannot find anywhere else and don't treat your models like shit.

Just wanted to follow up on this and update everyone on my situation.

- I think I've finally found a reliable verification method for all dating apps (used to always use OBS virtual cam then log in on iPhone 7s that I've bought.) Gonna test it this week but I need to buy more proxies as mine are running out tomorrow.

- Since I last updated we've now scaled from $300 to $7.6K in 3-4 weeks.

- Subscriber rate seems to be increasing which is a good sign.

- Socials aren't growing as much as I expected, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they are growing really well.

- Managed to get my model to switch from a Samsung Galaxy S22 to an iPhone 14 Pro Max (which obviously isn't an issue considering the money we've made in just under our first month.) I personally think this is really going to help us in terms of how well the socials are doing.

- I'm also training her to improve her TikTok content from a critical perspective (she's definitely good at TikToks, we just need improvement.)

- I'm trying to figure out where to get top quality chatters that can adapt/be trained for my model's niche. (They must to have amazing knowledge on her niche - So i'm thinking to hire friends I know personally have knowledge on said niche.)

- So far I've been doing everything on my own lol. Which isn't really an issue because I invest all my time into this.

Are you willing to share or sell your plan of promoting a model? Me, for example, can get lot’s of girls to promote but can’t figure it out how to scale on socials, I’m only promoting on reddit. How do you guys manage to scale TikTok? Using USA sims and waiting to fyp? Thanks!

For TikTok my team works with Proxies that are based in the USA.
We do as follow :
1 Main account (Proxy access)
1 Burner account (Model access)

1. Send weekly examples to your models on what to make.
2. Let the models post and edit the videos on the burner account.
3. Download the videos from the burner account without watermark. (Super easy, just check on google).
4. Upload it via the proxy on TikTok web app.

Be sure that all the accounts that run on proxies are only accessible by you so that the models don't login with different IP's.
Easy to setup, quick results. Try to post 1-2 times a day.
