Hello I've recently started dating this girl and she has a very successful onlyfans and she told me to be her OF agent because she can't be bothered by the marketing side of it.

I've decided to just start an OF agency and deal with a few girls at once.

I have a question and I hope someone with relevant experience could give me pointers :

Where do I find girls to join my "stable"? I've sent 20 messages on Instagram so far and they all either got ignored or the offer declined. Should I just DM thousands of girls until I find a few who are ok?

Yes, you should mass DM. It’s basically a numbers game. Maybe try different countries too, like Eastern European countries for example. Might be more willing than US women

Someone who handles the marketing side. All the model does is handle the content on the OF account. The agent pushes traffic/subs to their account.

OF agent is a saturated space....well, so is OF, but that's another story.
If I had a penny for the number of times I've seen guys try to use "OF agent" as their mgguffin to hook up with a chick (usually the DM talks about "management" and some of the more thirsty ones go for the jugular and also add "PS: can also help with content creation") lol.

So yeah, cold IG DMs won't get you anywhere.

Here's what does work, though: get your girl on BumbleBFF and get her dating some girls. Let HER do the trust building, girls do this much better than guys, and girls trust other girls more.
Once your girl and her Bumble BFF leads have enough rapport, then you can try making a pitch via the girl. Basically you train the girl on the objectives and the lead generation, and then you stay in the background, keep your mouth shut and don't mess things up lol.

So can’t you just create a fake girl bumbleBFF and become friends virtually. Then pitch the idea. Basically catfishing. This is black hat world after all

not that I know of. I only know the "IRL" method for this, and the girls I know in the industry have done it/have had it done to them.

But yeah, I'm sure catfishing it would be worth a shot. Field test everything.

No but that's the thing, I'm already very good at picking up girls and I want to leverage that. I don't do this to get laid, although that's probably a byproduct of it lol.

This girl I'm seeing is already making a few Ks a month and I doubt she will want to waste her time making friends on Bumble. I assume inbound and outbound "marketing" is the way to find more stallions.

I can easily travel to a 3rd world country as well but I want to avoid trashy girls because then it's so much harder to build a following for them. Barbie dolls only. Again, this girl I know went from 0 to 60k followers in 7 months because she's smoking hot.

I disagree with your first statement and agree with your second. I've built a 6 figure agency so far helping OF girls make more money and 100% of my leads/sales have been from manually DM'ing girls and then word of mouth as they tell their friends after they realize it's not a scam. I get about a 5% response rate and 1% close rate. 100 messages, 5 girls respond, 1 girl converts.

To better your second statement I would just have a girl reach out on IG during the sales process manually dm'ing other girls and having her lean more towards video messages and audio messages to build trust. Bumble BFF is just overcomplicating a sales process that doesn't need to be overcomplicated. But I wouldn't cross it off the list, it's just not on the top. Make sure your catch is good enough to get a response and your hook is a no brainer for someone who is okay with making OF content and having a manager do the marketing and management for her.

Might I add the larger following you have on the IG that is cold reaching out to accounts the more success you will have. The feed needs to be filled with real content of the person messaging as well as at least a few months worth of posts.

Go on a date with a girl, make your intentions clear ("I only want some fun") enjoy yourself, second date pitch them, "you could be making so much money", rinse and repeat.

Wait for word of mouth to kick in. Maybe give the girls a referral bonus or something.

Only works if you get results. You have to demonstrate how you can make them money.

Are you able to provide something to these girls? If it is just marketing, you should just open marketing agency. Quality Onlyfans marketing agency would turn the owners millionaires faster than anything there is so much demand for it.
