I interviewed one of my clients, the owner of an Onlyfans agency that makes $10,000+ per month.

Hi! Tell us about yourself and your path: what have you been doing in adult and for how long?

Hi! I am the owner of an OnlyFans agency, which is already 3 years old. We also have our own community: Telegram channel, chat, YouTube channel, website. In addition, we sell traffic, training , consultations and other auxiliary products.

How many models do you have, what type? How is the work structured? What responsibilities do you have?

We currently have 5 models. They all have a similar type - baby face or classic beauty. We do not take complex non-standard types: milf, plus size, alt girl and so on. As an owner, I select chatters, look for models, buy traffic.

How much do you earn: can you tell us about the agency's turnover and your specific profit? How profitable is this business in general?

It is profitable if everything works correctly. I will not give specific numbers, but I earn more than $ 10,000 a month. On average, the turnover on one page is $10,000 per month.

What difficulties have you encountered and what would you advise those who want to open their own agency not to do?

The main difficulties are in traffic, training chatters and withdrawing money. The latter has become easier now, since Paxum and I have added withdrawal to crypto. It has also become easier with chatters, because now we look for them through our channel. The situation with traffic is improving, but this is still a problem area: some promos stop working after a few months, and it is not easy to find something new. Now more services and teams are appearing, most of which work well.

It is better not to take many models at once - start with one and take more when you have more experience. Also, do not deal with traffic and social networks yourself - this is a road to nowhere. Especially if at the initial stage the agency has only one person. He will not be able to simultaneously manage Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, do SFS and buy promos. In addition, you need to look for employees, calculate salaries, communicate with the model, make a content plan and develop the page. By the way, regarding chatters: if you don't like 9 candidates in a row, that's normal. About every tenth one will be adequate. I also recommend buying good training right away , so as not to lose money on lottery traffic. For example, I send all the contacts for buying traffic that we use to those who study with us.

What do you need to know before you start recruiting models? What are the risks for the owner? For example, I know of many situations when a model could change her mind and just leave adult. How can you avoid such situations?

There is only one risk - losing money, but if you do it thoughtfully, this should not happen. Even if you buy slow traffic, the investment will pay off in a month or two. In this regard, the risks are not as big as in a regular business.

Regarding models: I do not recommend taking models who have not been on OnlyFans yet. For example, we only work with those who have been in adult for more than six months or have left the agency. Models should already understand what kind of industry it is, have experience, content. Not have any moral prejudices, stigmatization of the industry and fears of leaks. All this should already be experienced and left behind. There are cases when they take some friends of their friends, and in 70% of cases this is a failed idea. Such a model, in itself, is not eager to do this, they persuade her "Come on, come on, you will earn money." She agrees, but later nothing comes of it, because she is not ready for something.

Usually, problems occur with models who at the very beginning of work say something like "I only show my breasts" or "I only shoot in lingerie" - you will not work with her for long. Firstly, she is obviously afraid of leaks. Secondly, an inexperienced model may later decide that she can earn money without an agency and leave. In the first case, you need to warn her right away that she will be dumped in 99% of cases, and you need to close all social networks in advance. In the second case, of course, she can have the same results, but only if she invests as much money and resources as the agency. A model who has already been to other agencies understands this and will not leave if she is satisfied with the results.

Tell us about the costs: how much money do you need at the start to open your own agency? How much do you spend now and on what? For example, traffic, consumables, etc.

I advise starting with a minimum of $3,500, and if less, the models' pages will grow more slowly. In terms of expenses, it turns out like this: 20% of the turnover goes to traffic, 25% is the sexters' salary, 30% is the model's salary, and 25% is our share. We did not spend a penny on the channel, we grew everything organically, and everything we earn there we take for ourselves.

What do you think: is it worth taking average models to work with at the start or is it not worth investing in? In general, how much does a girl's type affect her profitability?

Type does not affect profitability, but it does affect the difficulty of working with her. If you are a beginner, it is better to take classically beautiful girls or baby faces, because it will be difficult to work with plus size or MILFs. Chatters need to correspond with members the way MILFs do, and not like simple categories. It will also be more difficult to find traffic. It turns out that this narrows the audience of people who might like the model, but increases the quality and involvement of fans. Usually, a fan who has a fetish for a certain category is ready to pay more.

Yes, type does not affect in any way. For example, if you open chats and look at 0.01 models, you will be surprised that they do not look the way you imagined. This is a plus for plus-size models and not super-attractive girls, but their pages make $100,000 a month.

In general, there are no average models, but there is poor quality content, when it is poorly filmed. Her emotions are even more important: how alive, natural, charged she is and what energy she conveys in the video and photos. The model must like what she does, otherwise the viewer will notice it. For example, on Twitter, according to our observations, the more relaxed the model is and shows emotions, the better the fans go, regardless of the type. Therefore, it is important that the model does this not under duress, but of her own free will. It is very noticeable when a model takes photos through force. Pay attention to energy, emotions, liveliness and brightness, rather than to her type.

What are the conditions for models to work with you: what percentage do they get, how much content should they shoot?

For us, it is 30%. The average percentage of a model in other agencies is about 20-30%. We have a clear content plan and according to it, a model should shoot one short and one long set per week. Models who have been working with us for a long time rarely shoot content for sales. For Reddit, Twitter and SFS, they shoot 100-150 photos and 10-15 videos weekly. If there is already a lot of content, then she does less.

What advice would you give to those who want to open their own agency?

The most important thing is to find out all the information in advance and not waste money on traffic. If you want to buy something, ask yourself, “Have I read about this yet?” There is a lot of free information in Telegram channels, and it is better to study it well.

What do you think about agencies with $100,000 turnover per page? How can you achieve the same result? How realistic is this?

- When you open agency channels and chats, you see a deceptive picture where they show earnings of $50,000-100,000 per month. Don't be disappointed if you work for a year or two, but your earnings on the page do not exceed $ 10,000. I want people to understand that on these questionnaires with huge turnovers, the margin is unknown. I have seen cases, where the page makes $200,000, and the owner takes $1,500. It is unclear why the owner should go through the trouble of such a huge page for this money. For example, our page makes $10,000, and we get $3,000. All these huge, beautiful profiles are mostly negative. This means that they invest more in traffic than they earn. Always keep in mind that sexters and models should receive a salary from this conditional $100,000, and also pay for traffic. Therefore, do not listen to those who say that $10,000 is not enough. No, it is good, at least for a CIS agency. Only a few make $100,000-200,000, which really pays off. There is no need to be disappointed because of this. I communicate with many agency owners and see their results. 90% of agencies make less than $5,000, and those who make $10,000 are in the 1% of all OnlyFans. So don't think that those people are millionaires, no, they just poured a lot of money into it, made a big figure, and I am broadcasting this to you for my own purposes. Maybe to sell training , courses, their expertise, and so on.
