So if you charge too much the bigger the creator becomes , the larger the amount of money becomes, and sooner or later she will find a way out.
Try going to court and say , a girl that makes porn owes you money for growing her social media porn profile! it's her content in the end.

So if you want long retention, and keep her on board when she blows up, keep the % reasonable , or else you do a shit ton of work, she gets famous and sooner or later when 4 figure months become 5 or 6 figure months you lose the creator 100% guaranteed , and all the work was for nothing.
Imagine doing porn, paying 20% to OF, paying tax , and then paying 75% of what's left to an agency ?
You get 100k in your acount and give others 90k.. thats not gonna last long

OF doesn't officially allow agencies either, except when they white list you as an official agency, if they still do that after all the issues unruly agency had with creators and all the negative press it caused

That's a lot for us in Uruguay/Argentina (160 dollars is my rent + services )... also this is just our 20-50%, creators are making more than this

Dont u sign contract or other deal with her? She is not even doing most of the work. How can she just screw u over when she gets big

99%+ OF girls do not make anything worth losing ur privacy for blackmail. They need smart men to market and grow their brand usually. Most fail.

All art forms
I'm just saying it's best to keep the cut reasonable for both parties
Cause if you don't, you risk losing the creator when she starts earning 6 figures monthly , and she is stuck to paying the majority of the income to an agency
So to keep your client retention as long as possible , the deal has to be and remain attractive and lucrative for both parties .

The split I use is 50% each after OF take their 20%. Obviously the more money they make, you make too.

IMHO, it should depend on the model with whom you are going to build a partnership.
If it's experienced model that already working in this field and ready to build a long-lasting business relationship, the 50/50 after OF fee is looks reasonable.
But if it's inexperienced model that just want to try out and have some doubts, better to offer only 20% since it's more risky and more time should be spent on her.
