OF doesn't officially allow agencies either, except when they white list you as an official agency, if they still do that after all the issues unruly agency had with creators and all the negative press it caused

The split I use is 50% each after OF take their 20%. Obviously the more money they make, you make too.

IMHO, it should depend on the model with whom you are going to build a partnership.
If it's experienced model that already working in this field and ready to build a long-lasting business relationship, the 50/50 after OF fee is looks reasonable.
But if it's inexperienced model that just want to try out and have some doubts, better to offer only 20% since it's more risky and more time should be spent on her.
