-When do you get new numbers?
We always try to get as many numbers as possible to offer the optimal experience and availability, but due to high demand, this is not always possible. We will continue to expand our capabilities to offer you the optimum service.

-How long do your short-term/temporary numbers last?
All of our numbers are ephemeral once a number has been cycled, we no longer have access to that number.

-Do you provide an API?
The API feature is now live! Please contact us for more information.

-Are all numbers real?
Yes, all our numbers are backed by real US Non-VoIP SIM Cards.

-There is no specific number available.
If there is no number available for your specific request using our location filter, our system will adjust the price and we will charge you the base price for the service. However, the system will search for the nearby available number to your request. This also applies to rentals.

-Can I automate bulk verifications?
Yes, our API supports automated bulk verifications. This integration allows your systems to handle verifications without manual intervention, increasing efficiency and accuracy

-How much time do I have to verify a service?
This time is custom for the services; we offer mostly 20 minutes after you've requested a number to verify your selected service. If you don't receive a code in that amount of time, the verification will timeout, but your credits will be refunded. Credits are only deducted for successful verifications where you receive a code.

-Can I verify banking services?
No, it is strictly forbidden to make verifications on banking platforms. We are not responsible for refunds involving this issue.

-Do you resell verifications? Are you a reseller?
No. We are not a reseller. There is no middleman, we work directly with telecommunication companies and your verification is yours alone.

-What is the time limit for bulk?
Our bulk service offers you 24 hours to verify your services.

-Can bulk be cancelled?
This service cannot be cancelled once requested; the advantage is that you will have much more time to make your verification. In the event that you encounter any issues with verification, our support team is ready to assist you and find a solution.

-How do cryptocurrency commissions work?
The commissions depend on the blockchain. If you send $10 in cryptocurrency and the network fee is $1, our system will only receive $9. To ensure your payment is processed, please make sure the amount sent covers both the fee and the total required.
