I liked this idea so I wiped up an online version of the tool. I didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to it, but it seems to work pretty good. It should be considered alpha so if you have problems let me know and I'll try to fix asap. Also, the proxie to goggle is not rate limited or anything so if the page starts getting hammered gman may cut me off. No worries if that actually happens I have some workarounds. Just don't want to over engineer the damn thing just yet. I plan to add location selection shortly.
So here you go, this is my first contribution to the community. I'll try to keep them coming.

+I noticed someone visited the site with fire-fox and ran into a javascript bug. I fix it.
+IE versions 7+ should work fine now.
