The challenge is that people don't say who they are, as in, reps or 3rd party. Sometimes people say they can do pharma and require you to apply for a merchant and blah blah blah.... the people running the deals MOST TIMES ARE MIDDLE MEN... which means that they fight with you on processing, they don't care about fulfilling clients, and a GREAT INDICATOR THAT THEY ARE A MIDDLE MAN IS WHEN THEY ARGUE ABOUT GETTING PAID EARLY or twice a week (not saying everyone) thats because when shit hits the fan they only will lose out on a small pay out because they are getting paid out twice a week. Everyone needs to keep an eye out and help us out this forum so we know who is who

Hello Jamieton,
I see that you have been here for quite a long time. You see, legitimate wise, nobody would just really approve pharmacy merchant accounts. Unless they can handle the following: too much traffic which may lead to exposure, too much chargeback rates due to client dis satisfaction or fraudulence on shipments, or worst case, abusive customers (medical representatives) who prefers to file a dispute after several reshipments then re-order after few months.
You see, the only way I see it and as based from my own experience is, you register your own company to the place where you want to do business, or the place where you want your merchant account and the bank would stand. It is a bit costly, but you avoid losing money from thieves who provide aggregate accounts and just run away after you generate millions worth of processing.

Hi,
I would suggest that you get a high risk payment processing, you may by any chance get payment processing from US (if you are good enough) but believe me, I've been there years ago, US merchant account is strict specially the banks regarding the law in wire transfers to overseas. Again, even if it's high risk, if it's with in USA, you won't have any chance at all, if you would, i'll bet you that you won't last 1-2 months, even if there's 0% of chargeback.
Get connected offshore, safe, reliable, may be costly at first but consistent. You own your own account. If your skeptical with what I'm saying, I won't blame you sir, try then you'll remember this post.. Just don't want to see people going through what I had to go through..

I am looking for offshore merchant accounts as well for re-bill products...
Its near a year i am searching and the result is nothing
If you are a start-up non-us company you have almost 0 chance to get a merchant account.
They consider us as fraud.
their logic is
no history= 99.9% fraud

I spoke to my contact that has his own gateway and deals with several banks. He told me that he does Pharma still as of today, but is selective of his clients as he doesn't want to ruin his banking relationships. He said that he does direct mids so there is no aggregate traffic on the accounts he sets up and also this way the payments are between the bank and the customer making things quicker.
If anyone is interested let me know,
