Yes, in the long term, but as you will get banned in few months, who cares - as long as the domain used have strong link profile usually will survive that long. Like I said just check what the competition is doing over there - few examples (one already got banned, the second one is living new live it seems);

Do you think they gain 15k RDs in few months by building quality links? Its an wild west over there.

True, but you run the risk of spending a large amount of money on aged domains and using GSA or RankerX would possible result in not ranking for the keywords i want. I would assume that another way is to use PBNs only for money site. What do you think?
 
You shall buy quality pbns only , with pbns only you can't rank high it need more typed of backlinks too !
 
With very low budget, it is not possible to rank websites now. So either increase the budget or drop the idea.
 
Hi @Zpher @siaukia99 @pgsoft123 , i am new to SEO for this niche for Indonesia market too.
Same as @Zpher where I started with low budget for low keyword, its indeed showed some result.
But I cant get higher keyword even with the help of numeorous of PBN since there are a lot of competitors are using aged domain to push their ranks.

@Zpher, Is using GSA work for you?

I would really look into building up you're own network OP , I too have worked in this area and multiple domains and feeder sites are required. The first step is have a long hard look at some of the comp and you will find most top ranking sites have massive networks built up on massive amounts of domains. All the best my friend.

Thanks for the tip! I actually have some PBN's myself and trying to build it up first before putting my links in. Do you recommend to use GSA to make backlinks to the PBN's? Thanks!
