If I record a video, then use two different languages and make two video, upload them on two different channels.

Will I get copyright? How can I do that?

Yes you can, I have seen some famous channels doing this also with success

Since you own the videos and because you are the original creator, you won't get copyright claims.

There should be no issue but make sure two channels are identical by name.
For example if your main is PewPie then another channel should be 'PewPie France'.
It's gonna help you in both branding and preventing issues while joining an MCN later on.

yes, it's possible. There are some popular channels having the same video in different languages.
