How does this clarify anything? The guy gave you his name, and so all the dots connect? I don't see how that changes anything or makes anything clearer?

If Richman is Kaa Thamrun on your skype, then I guess "Richman" is just a whored out account to everyone for that design company, because Richman is definitely named "Shandie". I don't know if Shandie is the main head of the company or what, but the main person "Richman" is named Shandie. You can see this if you Facebook and Flickr creep [email protected], which is Richmans main paypal email.

Thanks for that.

I have even found his other threads offering same services on other forums, and everyone knows him by "Sandi" (Shandie). These guys are seriously into a lot of stuff. They have like 50 different websites all offering design services. I wonder if they were truly all in on it together or what really happened here. I don't think we will ever know.

To be honest Richman made me a nice wp theme and everything was fine - he helped me a lot .... But if I read the posts from him or about him there seems to be something wrong...

Can the admins look at his account - maybe more then 1 people were using the "richman" account....

Read the entire thread, good to see that this guy is blocked, and I hope you guys will be able to get your money back.

As more and more evidence arises that links richman and NextPlugin all I can say is good riddance!

That is what it appears to be, but they all worked at the same design house company, so I don't see how admins would be able to check it, because all the logging in IPs should be closely grouped together. It doesn't matter, I don't think the account is ever coming back.

CSing. Pre-Sales thread. Multiple personality disorder. Not taking BleemZ seriously. These are some unforgivable actions on BHW.

If people are OPEN about sharing an account, and they are family for example, or the mods are 100% aware and have approved of a company sharing an account, that could be a different story. But richman defended himself as 1 person til death. That just isn't possible with the facts we have shown here.
 
Man, couldn't you deal with that directly with Paypal, to get the refund? (I know it sucks, but you could pass to something else!)

I would agree seems "general" I think in this case Richman was making a great living without scamming before all this went down. I have dealt with him many times referred him to some peeps too. Why because he does or his "crew" does some pretty great work.

Don't take this the wrong way I'm not sticking up for him at all!

It sucks that folks did get ripped off and I hope ev1 gets refunded.

I kinda look at it as I see life with my teenage kids they start running with the wrong crowd get ropped into making poor decisions in life and you start to lie because you are up against the wall, then another lie to cover up that lie because things are getting really sideways. In the end a poor decision fucks up a shitload of stuff, a bunch of people and yourself!

this makes more sense now as i sent downpayment to a different address and remaining balance to this one.

Time to find a new designer.
 
Whatever it might be, ive done bigger deals with richman than the $499....and never had an issue with him. I doubt thats him on skype logs, as he rarely logs into skype. I communicate with him through PM here on BHW...thats the reason i logged in today to send him a PM for a project i need, but instead found him banned for this. He has great customer service, as he has helped me many times. Sometimes he does take 1-2 days to respond to simple questions, as im sure he must get alot of design work to complete. Surely, he is involved with this somehow, but not directly involved in the paypal payment.

Sad to see a good person go down like this.
