If this had remained a sigsell issue you might've been safe, but you actually posted a shit "beta thread" which was nothing other than a presell thread. Had I been the mod that saw that you woulda lost your BST's and possibly your account right then.

Don't claim you care, I'm the one that's had to threaten to ban you to even get you responding to this thread.

You just claimed: "because I think he has a good reputation in the local forum, I intend to help them." and now you had to force them to into this forum?

Honestly, there is a chance that EVERYONE is on the up and up, and there is no scam going here, and that the people WILL get refunded. There is just WAY too much "What Ifs" for ANYONE to be 100% certain of who is involved here (except richman).

Even IF Richman is not scamming here, he still has to to banned for promoting CSing products and basically advertising a product for sale without opening a BST thread. He admits he was getting a share of the profit for the tools HE made, so that thread he made was 100% made to advertise the product.

to take it a step further in their forum the post that was made to calm the membership down and provide the steps for getting a refund somehow was magically deleted..lol

too bad I never thought of taking a screen capture of that post but those of you here who know what I;m referring will get my point.

Alot of Reputable members have been going down lately for scams. Not sure whats going on.

But i've PM'd Richman a few times about his service and he gives me shitty answers + He takes like 1-2 weeks to reply.

Please dont say he's busy , Because MODS get back to me within 24 hours and they have alot more going on.

If you walk into a room of apprehension why would you ignore the guy holding the hammer?

richman has been perm banned and his BST's have been closed. Regardless if he himself did the scamming or he enabled it to happen: he didn't act responsible or regretful and there was a series of PM's from me to him during this telling him to get back into the thread or he'd be banned. A few minutes after every PM he would post again. He cared enough to post but not enough to actually be helpful to those who've been ripped off.

It was the beta thread that sealed the deal. Posting threads where he claims it's his product and steering people to the nextplugin site are enough for me. That goes beyond a simple sig banner; that was a deliberate attempt to draw buyers in.

To clarify about the sigs: Premium members, meaning donating members and above are allowed to link to sales landers/services etc all they want. Lots of people sell their sig space, allow their friends or partners to use it etc.

I believe richman, tom, the admin at forum.nextplugin.com,
dika, sbysoft, jennifer, jackcarlos and probably a bunch more
are all the same crew of scammers.

Anyone else send money for the scam to this paypal account?
