One domain 2 owners??

I will start a venture with somebody and i have a some goog domains names but the guy wants to bring the in the business....But the problem that we don t have a company together..just a partnership agreement,
Please tell me what is the best solution to proceed?

Do have decent domains such as one word generics that require development? Could you tell us a bit more about your situation. It sounds like you already have an "agreement" with this person.

Are you thinking about expanding on it or asking him to throw it out in favor creating a company together?

If your in the USA, make a LLC as both owners, and then register everything to the LLC.

Thank you for the quick answers.Is i m in a way partner with him but because the business needs a license and is taking too long to get it. I started to provide him some services like building him some websites and try to make some SEO learning you guys ) !!! (from when i joined this forum i m only reading reading and reading)I M ADDICTED !
The domains are currently on my name and he use them for his business.So i guess i m safe right?because i didn t offered him an invoice for the domains or things like that.
