I just gave my website a makeover (new template and content etc.) I need someone who is a PRO at onpage/onsite SEO. I'm also interested in whitehat seo for this site. After the makeover I notice it lost page rank. someone help please!

I'm not sure. I really don't know the going rate vs effectiveness of what one person can do vs another person's ability. I'm still new to this all.

Did you changed the permalink structure?? Also I have seen that sites sometimes lose ranking based on the area covered by banners.
