First we have to understand what is off page SEO and on page SEO. off page SEO is basically what we do outside of our websites and it helps us in Link building and backlinks for our website And on page SEO is what we do on our websites like our sites performance how it is looking and how fast it is and so on. off page SEO is essential to rank our website high.

You should consider using the multi-quote feature. Click "+ Quote" and then "Insert quotes..." in the reply box.
One of the users you quoted has been banned, so i don't think he'll be responding.
