Ok, let me tell you the situation.
I'm 19 and I came back to my apartment with my Skateboard and I was walking through the carpark. This guy pulled in with his BMW, hopped out the car and said I'm the building manager and I'm issuing you a instant $100 fine. I then went on to say do you have any proof you are the building manager and where does it say no skateboarding? Even though I wasn't skating.
He then grabbed my apartment key off me to see what apartment I was in and then took my fuckin picture with his cellphone. At that point I was shocked and kept saying I'm not paying any fuckin fine. He said get out of here or I'm calling the police and I said you're the only one stopping me from going out fuck off.
I got straight on the laptop and looked up the Terms of Agreement I had signed. It said nothing about skateboarding or anything. I then seeked some advice and called up the police to issue a formal complaint that he assaulted me by grabbing the key from me. The police then said they will go around to his house and question him.
Anyone else have a situation like this? Where it's an older person trying to show off? Keep in mind I was carrying my board. And he never told me his name or showed me any ID to show he was the building manager.
I guarantee you that wouldn't have happened if I was 25.
