Just donated and I hope everything goes well for oldenstyehats. Health is our most vital possession, followed by family and friends, and it seems he has a lot of good friends here.

I'm not exactly very active on the forums, but his posts are very helpful and I have been through a situation like that where a couple of people saved me life... So I donated $500 and I hope it helps! I would have donated more, but sending limit is 500$ a month for unverified! Im glad bhw would do something like this.

Just had a cool idea (well I think it is cool) Instead of bitching about whether a certain amount is a good donation why dont we all donate just one day's IM takings to Oldenstylehats. A combination of whatever programs you make money with- for me that's CB, adsense and CJ.
Some of the responses here made me feel a bit sad, when someone has had a stroke of shit luck like this, it can be a life saving (literally) morale booster just to know people care and are thinking of you - getting catty about why he might need it /our own money issues/ and the US healthcare system wont give his morale a boost.
So I pledge whatever I make tomorrow (Sunday) in total goes to OSH, and lots of good vibes for his speedy recovery.

Will send something but not much as am spread too thin right now in donations: parents ill also, 3rd world charities, church. Will pray for him though . . .can't remember but I think we bought a superb product from him before.
Suggestion: some of us here have close contacts with some insurance and medical companies. Can help? Can be equally helpful as cash being donated. . .you know what I mean.

nothing bad could happen to u ever...u are loved n respected here and are valuable to us. dont ever think that you wasted your time with your computer online. i am sure you'll realize it after seeing posts here. i know our business doesn't permit us to be identified publically with the fact that things take place in a virtual world and trust me that's the only reason you felt like not having any SPECIFIC bond in our relations BUT i can tell you that had we known your location and real name (unfortunatly not allowed); each and everyone* of us must have visited you unless not at all possible cos of some reasons.
* stands for people that will not visit you no matter what...but hey, these are also in out families. No matter what you think/do about/to them; they won't listen....sometimes they are kids/teenagers but that doesnt mean we are not family.
