Old Stuff - Upload or not?

I have some old stuff and I don't know if I should upload or not, because I don't know if I will have some legal problems.

I'm talking about:
Windows 95
Windows 98
Windows ME
....

I have made some ISO and UIF images and now I can share with the community.

If i don't have problems what are the best website to upload? I have heard that some of them pay per download. What you suggest?

Oops. Ok. I'm Sorry. But I also have non-microsoft stuff . I just want to know if it's legal or not.
