old bing account cc not added

i have some old bingads account around 2-9months old but there are not any payment method added.... today am trying to add cc on my account but they said "we can't processed your payment method" but all of my cc work on new bingads account.. id there any tricks for add payment method old bingads account?

i use *google cloud vps *dedicated proxy * cc bin 410039

Are the aged accounts non-US? How many times have you used the same card?

I don't want to argue about this, but from today's chat with bing support "1 cc = 1 acc". it's not my assumptions
