It seems like I can get a lot of services to do my web 2.0s for me but most are not on expired domains. Is there a way I can make them pass as much link juice to my site even if they are new, is there some links I can build on them? Any links that are cheap I can get a big boost on PA, TF and link juice to web 2.0. How weak is a web 2.0 that is fresh and has no back links?
