OGboost.com User Bet. Unresponsive, took site down, holding funds hostage

    Last response on October 13th. Failure to respond to 7 e-mails. Has not met any timelines outlined in post or site as far as getting the services operational. Has not refunded money after expressing that he would. Unresponsive for over 2 weeks.

    Lost all the customers that were lined up for this service so the offered refund is what I'm after.

    I feel like I have everything listed in that thread in these posts.

    I can't provide conversations when the guy never responds. I provided conversation attempts. But what else am I suppose to do? I provided the posts he stated he would refund, I showed that he stills has the funds, I showed that he disabled tickets on his site and previous logs of them. I showed that I've posted so much about it that mods are deleting my posts. So what else do you want me to provide? I feel like the situation is pretty clear. You see emails going back weeks, referencing threads going back over a week before that. It's been over 3 weeks at this point. I can't help that he doesn't respond to anything. That's just further proof of the exit scam to me.


    So please, what exactly am I missing that you want?


    It's been 72 hours now. He is aware of the issue as he responded on reddit by banning me from his sub for bringing up the shitlist thread.

    I have added balance onto the panel to purchase instagram likes as it had reasonable prices but more importantly it said "All services are currently working and have been updated." in the header of the website.

    I have sent a ticket regarding the problem on the website but no response for almost 3 days now.

    I honestly do not even care about the money as much as I do not want these smm panels to continue working and getting away with things like this.

    To be fair 5$ is a ridiculous amount but if you have 10 people daily who lose 5$ on such stupid things I guess it adds up pretty nicely for him.

    Seeing how the thread went I am guessing there are a few more people in the same boat as me.

    I want the orders canceled seeing how they have not been delivered for 3 days, I refunded my client and I want a refund to my paypal also.

    30 days and still waiting for a refund requested for lack of delivery. Website is still in 'maintenance mode' for more than a week - claimed 'This will only take a matter of days' but still no response to messages or emails.

    I apologize to all that were affected while the site has been going through this iffy up/down time. I have been working in the past few days towards a relaunch, which should happen extremely soon, but am more than happy to refund you + compensate you (extra $$$) in the mean time.

    2) Refund address (if anything other than paypal)

    I'm having the same issue. Admin wouldn't whitelist my thread for this though.

    Bet hasn't responded or refunded for over 7 weeks now.

    So Bet, wheres my money?


    So wheres my money that you've been holding for 7 weeks now? Wheres the refunds for the services you didn't provide?

    Over 150 orders and 7 complete. No refunds, no support responses for weeks?

    Dont get conned into depositing.

    You won't get the services provided and he won't refund your money. If you're willing to vouch for a site like this it makes your vouch meaningless.

    I'll give an honest review - but don't get 'vouch' and 'review' mixed up. I'm already in the same boat as you by this guy - bad service, lack of communication, site down, customers pissed. That's not going away.

    TL;DR - no response from @Bet
    .
    Just to update - @Bet (skrzzy) (betski) (skrizzy) promised a lot of things - extra credit, refunds, "make it right", bring the site online again, v2 upgrade in 'a few days".... and has not delivered ANYTHING so far except the empty promises. Banned on nulled.to (adverts there have been removed in the last 2 days) and other sites. Seems to have a lot of time to take money, but no time to answer messages, fulfill orders, update the site, or deliver on any promises.
    .
    Getting real tired of this and the pervasive lack of professionalism in general. - Please help resolve this.

    Dec 3rd, @Bet emailed me saying the site would be back online "within 1-3 days as a rough estimate (More towards the 1 day)" and that I would be 'compensated'. Then, nothing. See screenshot.
