OGAds Signing Up Problem!! NEED HELP!!

Hi Everyone,
I am facing some problems with signing up an account with OGAds. As you can see in the attached file, they ask for some requirements like Promotional Social Accounts and I don't own any right now, I am just starting with it...
So what should I do so that they accept me...

I'd suggest this:
- Creating promotional social media accounts.
- Buy some likes, retweets, and repins for them so they look popular.
- Create a backlog of content on the website with a fake website counter to create the illusion of traffic.

Side note: I'd advise buying an expired domain so that you can build a website on something with age incase they check a who is for the age.
