do you all think about buying aged U.S. accounts say, one for the mother account and three for the slave accounts? Is it worth it for faster trust and growth, or are the risks (bans, flags, etc.) too high to make it worthwhile?

Proxies are pretty much required if you plan on running multiple accounts on one device (assuming it's for monetisation down the line and depending on workload). Ideally you also run that with your preferred anti-fingerprinting browser and similar session isolating tools. Mind your usage and access and check the IPs you get from time to time.
 
I used to burn ads early without building enough personas, the results were not very effective. You should build content first, promote later

if you’re gonna use slave accs, make ‘em retweet, quote, comment on your main — and tag you in bio + funnel link.

If you’re running multiple accounts, proxies and an anti-detect browser are essential to stay under the radar and not get multiple accounts flagged simultaneously.
