When hiring chatters, what is the commission that you pay them? I'm also thinking of a monthly retainer rather than hourly pay but would like to hear what others think. Thanks.

give them fix payment + % of each ppv sale
trust me if they get extra % of each sale they will work much better instead of only with a fix hourly payment :)

we do hourly + commission. usually it's around $3-5 per hour and 1-3% commission - depending how generous you are.
 
If they’re elite chatters, 30-40% is fair, but newbies shouldn’t expect that.
 
It really, really depends. Some people outsource chatters with rates as low as $2/hr + 3% commission and train them from absolute zero, it's just harder to find gems and polish them. Some get well establish chatters and pay a hefty 10, 20, sometimes 30%+ commission. Some train them from t1 countries and pay a hefty commission.
