I know this is somewhat unrelated to the Reddit sub but a lot of OFM's are here and there's no specific sub to ask this question.

When hiring chatters, what is the commission that you pay them? I'm also thinking of a monthly retainer rather than hourly pay but would like to hear what others think. Thanks.

Depends on a few things - like what chatting ratio they bring you, English competency, and the # of new subs you're bringing in.
No need for a monthly retainer, just do weekly invoices and pay them what you owe.

We do hourly + commission % for tips/ppvs sold

Some agencies/pages run full commision for their chatters, but generally on higher income accounts ~top 0.1%

Ok, thanks for the good info.

What is your go-to on hourly base pay? I'm assuming it scales with experience and revenue but let's just say an English proficient beginner for example.

Can you clarify if you are referring to OFM as Only Fans Management or Only Fans Marketing?
 
In my opinion, I would choose to make weekly payments for greater flexibility.

Just hourly, no commission? Commision incentivizes them to sell. Also, it's hard to track if the chatters are working the hours you give them so I feel a base retainer would be better. It could also sound bigger when negotiating (ie 6$ an hour vs. 500$ monthly base fee)

If you have created the hiring process correctly, you should only have employees who will accurately record their hours. (If not pay more than 500$ good VAs for this cost up to 1k)
 
Ok thanks for the advice. I do not have a hiring process as I just started the page (1 week) and it's at 700 net and 260 fans. I'm assuming I should carry the chatting until 1k fans and 5k net monthly unless you have a suggestion there.

Only consider outsourcing if you have complete confidence in the individuals you are choosing to work with, as they have the potential to crush your entire project if they are not reliable!!!

One thing I would keep in mind, is make sure if/when you start hiring people you cover your butt with a contract. When I was getting started, I stumbled across PlainVanilla. They have a bunch of contract templates ready for you to edit as needed and sign. And the first few were free, too!

Sounds good, I am not much help with OF. I feel like I need to though!

Comission depend of the grade / experience of the chatters , somepeople pay 5% to 25% of ppv sold , also a fix salary can be fixed like 5€/h
