Hello guys happy new year to everyone, I have a question and I might need some assistance ASAP.

So, I run an OnlyFans Management agency and managed to acquire some models and earnings have started to grow a lot lately.

I start to worry that I will have to make a move on the legal side soon since the earnings are been cashed out through Skrill and Paxum on each models personal accounts. Then I collect them all on a personal bank of mine and then pay my stuff and my chatters etc…

Is there anyone expert who could assist me with a lawyer or something? I’ve heard Romania is a good place to open up this type of business since you don’t have to pay much on Taxes I’ve heard it’s about 4-5%

I am an expert will need to review models first.

Free model access ;)

But on a serious note, where are you legally based? Country?

You need to set it up as a business and have a business bank, using your personal can get messy if your growing it

Try and separate your personal from business.

If you separate the business into its own entity, later down the line it's easier to sell, exit, take finance, get investors etc...

Yeah man I agree but in my country, Greece the taxes on a business like that can go up to 24%

There is ways of offshore companies. Registered elsewhere.

Got someone to connect me with?

I wouldn't advise a sole person, probably better having it set up for a formation company.

If your Greek, registering in such a place like Ireland, delegate, beliz even the UK you are allowed.

Search for offshore company formation and do some research on formation companies.

Do I need to already have a company for that or no?

Nope, its called company formation.

Company formation searches will bring up Greek companies, maybe search UK formation as a non UK resident.

Or company offshore formation, however offshore can be expensive as these are tax haven places
