individual, we have 3 different ones, all rotating in 8 hour shifts, agencies will set you back 20% and arent worth it in my opinion unless they do a really good job

No, they’re not. Around 1%-0.56%, I’m good at manipulating subs lmao and I play alot with the pricing
cool, usually the agencies I've stumbled have a fixed hourly rate and horrible 6/7 or 7/7 sched. They're basically running a sl*ve farm.
