It’s not easy to find a High Quality chatting agency, you will have to test a few ones until you find a good one. You can have a look on telegram OFM groups

individual, we have 3 different ones, all rotating in 8 hour shifts, agencies will set you back 20% and arent worth it in my opinion unless they do a really good job

If you want to get high quality chatter, you can start by offering 10% commission based or $5 + 5% commission, thats a win win situation because you will get high quality performance and numbers, plus good chatters are good at retaining subscribers. I’m an OF chatter for almost 3 years now.

They pay me 10%, for an 8 hours shift I can easily generate $800-$2000 per 8 hours shift, depending on the model’s traffic.

No, they’re not. Around 1%-0.56%, I’m good at manipulating subs lmao and I play alot with the pricing

cool, usually the agencies I've stumbled have a fixed hourly rate and horrible 6/7 or 7/7 sched. They're basically running a sl*ve farm.

its harder if u dont have experience but i do my hiring on telegram, theres a really big group called ofmjobs for all kinds of onlyfans jobs u should look there

we pay ours 2$ per hour + 3.5% i think its the standard rate (for philippines chatters), 3$ is high end

That's too low. They would apply but you are slaving them... maybe they have no other choice
