Hi, I am looking for offshore WordPress hosting that will protect my privacy, ignore DMCA and keep my site running. I wanna write about political situation in my country and add some videos as proofs. Few GB of HDD space will be enough and something that is easy to set up and manage, because I have no skills in web development. Free speech in my country is almost non-existent and I expect my government will try to silence me for what I wanna say and present to public. Can you recommend me suitable hosting provider?

But which hosting provider is the best? Do you have experience with Shinjiru? Are they solid and reliable? I am thinking about getting VPS from them. Is Vesta control panel good for someone with no experience with web design or linux?

cyberpanel or AApanel both are good.
i wont recommend vestaCp

I have to say that someone can consider certain provider as the best one, but for other users they are no the best.
So in order to get the best one for yourself you need to check at least a few providers to decide.
