Offshore Hosting affects SEO?!

Hi guys! I want to sell some ebooks of my own. I need many Blogs, Landing Pages, and Forums. It should be all on offshore Servers. Im from Europe. Do you think that for example a hosting in Panama would affect my SEO in Europe?? And which shared offshore hosting would you recommend? Thanks in advance

No, Offshore Hosting does not effect seo.

Well, how do you define offshore?

1. Hosting in another country, does not affect SEO.
2. Hosting on "offshore", IE "bullet-proof" servers, with a bunch of Pharma spammers and Phishers, probably does affect SEO.

As others have said, offshore hosting shouldn't effect your SE rankings... Assuming a few things:
1) The server isn't extremely slow
2) The IP isn't blacklisted
