Hi guys! I want to sell some ebooks of my own. I need many Blogs, Landing Pages, and Forums. It should be all on offshore Servers. Im from Europe. Do you think that for example a hosting in Panama would affect my SEO in Europe?? And which shared offshore hosting would you recommend? Thanks in advance :)

Never too long in one place.
Well, how do you define offshore?

    1. Hosting in another country, does not affect SEO.
    2. Hosting on "offshore", IE "bullet-proof" servers, with a bunch of Pharma spammers and Phishers, probably does affect SEO.

As others have said, offshore hosting shouldn't effect your SE rankings... Assuming a few things:
    1) The server isn't extremely slow
    2) The IP isn't blacklisted
