Offshore / Bulletproof Dedicated Hosting Suggestions (XMR Preferred)

Hey guys,

I’m in the market for reliable offshore/bulletproof hosting providers specially in hosting projects prone to takedowns (not streaming or CP).
Looking for some first-hand recommendations from people here who’ve actually used them or suggestions.

My priorities are:

• Strong privacy focus (minimal or no logging, offshore jurisdiction)
• Good legal resistance (won’t fold to DMCA or foreign LE pressure easily)
• Crypto payments – ideally Monero (XMR), BTC is fine as fallback
• Stable uptime (not looking to jump hosts every few weeks) - min 1gbps
• Dedicated Server in places like Iceland, Moldova, Switzerland, Seychelles, etc. - Must not be within 14 Eyes and prefer no MLAT cooperation easily.
• Tor Friendly

I’ve already looked at some names (Impreza.host, FlokiNET, COIN.HOST, Webcare360), but I’d like to hear from people who’ve actually used them or can vouch for alternatives.

It's one thing for the company to be located in a safe country like Seychelles but if the server is in Netherlands, consider it a dud because if they find it they will go straight to data center.
But I also understand that sometimes hosting in a country that is more safe has worst infrastructure, speed wise and latency.

Any honest reviews, warnings, or suggestions for providers you trust would be appreciated.
