This is interesting to know, after all it's not our fault that loopholes exist within the Law. You'll need to put away every Lawyer in existence if you want to go there.

I don't agree with it but that's my perspective. I'm personally sick of hearing people sue over the dumbest shit, but credit is due here; it's legal and smart.

The difference between a competing website and a telemarketer is the site owner is playing in a game where those are the rules. You can be outranked, deindexed, you name it. Whereas the telemarketer is likely getting paid minimum wage and you just got them fired and had their name drug through the mud. I heard Westborro Church does everything completely legal, doesn't make people hate them less or make what they're doing right.
 
My opinion is if OP didn't posted this you didn't have what to brag about.
In a world where creativity is drowned everyday for the regular citizen I took what I consider the good part of his post and walked away.
Whether you ruin or not someone's life is everybody's business and karma.

Good idea even I don't live in USA but I would love to do it in UK because receiving so many call from different telemarketing and some of them despite being told call again and again.
 
I don't live in the USA but i love it, fuck these fucking scumbag telemarketers, nothing immoral at all on getting back at those assholes, you think they have some moral code, really? If you give them have a change they will sell you anything and keep bothering you with their offers.

The more telemarketer get screwed over the better, my blackhat of to you sir (OP)

This is a great way to get a buck by using your knowledge of a specific field of knowledge. Let's congratulate the guy instead of bashing. Ranging from unfair competitive methods & strategies to downright theft. (be it pictures , bull$hit back linking schemes,spam, accounts or $$$)

Personally I don't part take in it, at the same time I'm not gonna sit up here and act like this post is the worst thing since the first murder. Jesus!
