Also google "Letters of Agreement" for contracts as well. This is what I use for advertising in my 9 to 5 day job. It goes on to state the terms of what the business gets (advertising at said location for said time beginning at a certain time and ending one year from that), also that is it NOT CANCELLABLE and of course a nice section about payment and who to make the check out to.
