Why not do all 3 and not put all your eggs in one basket. Best option imo.

just provide on all platform till you can to get more clients
also in BHW you get payment advance most of time but with freelancing sites you need to follow there payment schedule

Try all 4, all 3, upwork, fiver and freelancer got their pros and cons.
Fiverr has been shit lately. It's been flooded by fake review gigs. Also try SEO clients if you are selling something for less then 150$.
But ya, put bhw marketplace on top of your choice of platform stack.
